Simply wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the finish.
Cleaning the InteriorRemove the pizza stone to clean. With the stone removed, sweep out crumbs and wipe the interior with a clean, damp rag to remove any residue.
Pizza PeelWash in warm soapy water.
Pizza StoneUse a metal spatula or food scraper to remove any stuck–on food. Brush off any burnt flour, cheese or other food and wipe with a damp towel.
StorageStore the oven in a dry, indoor place. Store the pizza stone inside the oven for safekeeping. Use the included Pizza Oven Cover to protect your oven in storage.
